How do you open your car when you have no tools and its locked?

The gas door is locked or unlocked with the other doors on the car. If the car doors are locked the gas door will not open. If the car is stopped with engine off and the doors unlocked you should be able to open the gas door by pushing on one side of it. How have you locked the car? If you locked it with the key, then the alarm probably isn't armed anyway. If you did manage to lock it with the remote, then unlock with the key. Open the door, and imediately put the key in the ignition and turn the ignition to the run position. The car will recognise the transponder chip in the key, and switch the alarm off if it has started sounding.
