Heroin should only be in your system for 24-48 hours, I'm not sure if water will speed things up but i imagine it would because heroin is water soluble.
If you already knew that and you want it out faster than 2 days then you should probably calm down on the H-bomb, really heroin is the most terrible drug in the world by far.

∙ 14y agoFor urine or saliva tests you need a time( detection period for heroin is 1-5 days up to week ). For Hair test- 90 days. Or good "Detox" product which fools the drug test .

The levels that are apparent in a test can determine if the codeine and morphine were components of Heroin use. These can be detected in saliva ( From time of ingestion and for 48 to 72 hours), urine (2-4 days) and hair (Up to 90 days) tests. Heroin generally produces a positive test result for a day after single use and longer with chronic use.

∙ 15y agoMethadone does not show up in a basic opiate test that is part of the standard pre-employment drug test and which can detect heroin, codeine and morphine (and perhaps oxycodone, hydrocodone, and dilaudid). A Methadone specific test must be performed to detect Methadone. This test is not uncommon and is part of the second tier "extended" test done by many companies.
If you are being tested for it, drink a gallon of water every day up until your drug test. Also exercise frequently and intensively.
