Cocaine usually stays in your system for 48-72hours. If it is a random mouth swab, the best thing to do is put the swab in your mouth and get some saliva on it, but don't actually rub your cheeks so you get an undetermined result which will give you time to stop before the next drug screen/results from the first mouth swab.
