You have to use Harry with his Invisibility Cloak, which you can put on by tapping the icon at the bottom right corner. Then, you should get all the ingredients found around Hagrid's garden, and brew a potion (the cauldron is to the left of Macnair, to your right) then use the potion on the growth spots. walk near the tiny mushrooms and run away. keep doing this until you lure macnair into the space surrounded by pumpkins. Be careful not to get to close!
