Sorry but the original question can not be answered here, as you need to understand Plumbing codes and in the end you must follow local codes.
Same as this question, how to plumbing kitchen.
There is too much involved to explain the process.
I would suggest getting a book on plumbing to accomplish this task.
lowes or homedeblow has a waste drain kit in a bag for double.Check to see if the main
has a p-trap with in 3ft of the main sink drain or you will have to use the kit with the p-trap in it.
Same as a double sink BUT with one extra TEE
2 Inch double tee in the middle, pick up both other outlets with the tee, plumb to drain. Have a clean out just above the p-trap, for peace of mind.
Instead of the Y you would use on a double sink, use a T on the center one and tie them together that way. That's the only difference, There is no way to tell exactly what you will need for yours since all situations are different.
I-ID-DONTK-KNOWWORK IT OUT
Same as any sink. The vacuum breaker installs in the backwash unit. Just plumb in hot & cold, and plumb out a drain line.
plumbing diagram of double bowl sink with disposal
Look up a "chicago loop" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Loop_%28plumbing%29
My question was to compare a double bowl kitchen sink to installing a single bowl one. There is currently a garbage disposal in the double bowl sink.
yes
Question is unclear. A double sink can use one drain, you would anchor the base to the wall the same as a single sink and the vanity is on top or in front of the drywall. If you are replacing a single sink with a double, the supply and drain could be in the vanity, you would not have to open up the wall.
Yes, Plumb is a Christian.
Gwen Plumb's birth name is Gwendoline Jean Plumb.
