You may ned to adjust the sensitivity of the motion detector. The wind is probably blowing, or a cat is walking across the car and causing the alarm to activate.

Not knowing what kind of alarm you are talking about it's hard to say, but if it's a smoke alarm then you should check the batteries, and the wiring. If it's a home security system I would call the person that installed it, and get them to come out and check it.
my alarm keeps going of and wont start.
I had the same problem with my 2000 xterra and it turned out to be low battery voltage. Check your battery this is most likely your culprit. Mudlvr
be carefull, removing the aftermarket module can make the car not start, as they may have tapped into the ignition circuit.... check all the WIRING going to their alarm module, and see if they have changed any of the original harness... good luck :)
You should always contact the fire department if a fire alarm is going off, even if there is no fire. There is a reason the alarm is going off. Stay safe.

My vauxhall zafira's alarm keeps going off at 3.30 - 4am every morning. we have a key to dis arm the alarm but can not find where to put it to turn it off. and why is it going off.
Your house alarm may keep going off if it has a defect. Check to make sure there are no real threats to cause the alarm to go off and then have it tested to see if it is faulty.
You have to program the alarm in order to get it to stop going off by either doing it yourself or by giving whoever is coming into your house the code. You can also contact the alarm company in order to get it to stop ringing.
The alarm should turn off once you start the car. If the alarm is going off while you are driving, pull over and remove the fuse.
could be door switches sticking it could be the above but it appears that on Frontera's approaching 10 years old the power sounder which activates when the battery is disconnected becomes faulty. the main fault is with the batteries inside the unit, I have removed mine to revent it sounding in the middle of the night
Check out the kbb.com website
disconect or cut the alarm speaker wire
I have discovered the same problem for my 93 previa lx. One solution to solve that is when you're driving lock your doors, then when leaving manually open and lock it (w. out using the button). If you turned off your motor and locked your doors w. the switch. The car alarm will go off randomly. I'm not sure this would work. but you can try to ask the dealer to remove the alarm. But using my method above, will keep the van from going off =].
Disarm the alarm before removing the battery.
no it's not going to have the LS7 engine, it's going to use the LS2 with 422 horse.
If the alarm is going off, you should press the panic button again. You can also get inside and turn on the car to turn the alarm off.
