In PowerPoint 2010, you can now save your presentation as a Windows Media Video (.wmv) file. But, it can only output 960×720, 640×480 and 320×240 .wmv videos.
Or, you can use a professional PowerPoint to Youtube Converter to do this.

1. Make a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and save it to a place you know(My Videos,My Pictures etc.)
2. Go to Windows Movie Maker and click on "Open".
3.Click on the place you saved it to,and near the bottom of the "Open" window, there is something that says "Files of Type: Windows Movie Maker Files". Change it to "All Files".
Then you will see your presentation.
4. Click 'File' and 'Save Movie File'. Follow those steps and click 'Finish'.
5. Go to Youtube.com and click Upload and follow the steps and......
