get a mirror kit from auto parts store
or you can simply get adhesive especially for auto windows...you have to remove the mounting plate from the mirror stem and glue that back to the window. Once that has dried, you can put the mirror back on the mounting plate. If the mirror has electrical wires, you will need to detach and re-attach as needed.
ANS2 - the best adhesive is the 'Loctite' Auto Mirror Adhesive, available in many auto parts stores.
