First, hold down your finger on one app until they all start jiggling.
Once you've done that use your finger to move them all into the order you want.
When you are finished press the main button at the bottom and it will save.
Here is the second way:
Hold your finger down on an icon for a couple seconds, until they start jiggling. When the icons are jiggling, you can drag them around to where you want them. To put icons on another page, drag them off the edge of the screen.
Hold down your finger on any app for a few seconds, and they will start shaking, then just drag it to wherever you want. Drag it over another app to make a group of apps in a folder or press the X to delete.
To arrange apps, you must first hold down on the app you want to move on whatever page it is on. Once you see that it looks slightly ghostly and has an X next to it, you can move it by just touching it and moving it to whatever place you want on your iPod!
