First of all, you need to cut the celery into about six pieces or more.However you want. Top it off with whip cream or even better...sour cream. You can also top it of with salsa or cream cheese.

You can also bake it if you like!:)

I'm not sure if this is a celery crisp, but its good!

If it isn't too far gone, you can immerse it in ice water and refrigerate it for a while. The best thing to do is to prevent wilting by putting the celery in ice water to begin with. The same works well for carrots.

If the lettuce is still attached to the core, trim the core to reveal a fresh stem and then place the lettuce (core down) in a bowl of water with a sprinkle of sea salt added to the water. The lettuce will absorb the sea salt through the stem an be revived in a few hours. This works wonders in hot climate that cause lettuce to wilt quickly after harvest.
