Leave vehicle in first gear, to prevent movement, Jack Up rear end of vehicle, remove road wheels, release handbrake lever, hit rear hubs with hammer then try to spin hub, this should work, with rear disc brakes such as 309gti be careful not to damage disc or pads whilst hitting with hammer!
