How do you relief stress?

Depending what your need is.
I'll just give you one of mine.

I particularly find that using my body to relieve tension and stress is the most efficient and rewarding way to relieve stress.

I have used, and still use now and then, so called easy meditation techniques.
These are done accompanied by music and are so enjoyable.
