First, black powder is poured down the barrel, followed by a wad (usually a paper product to hold the gunpowder in place) and then the bullet. The whole assembly is pressed by the ramrod gently. Next, the musket must be primed. If it is a cap and ball musket, the primer is in a cap on the hammer, or hit by the hammer. If it is a flintlock musket, the primer must be manually poured into the primer pan.

Stand the musket with the butt on the ground.

Retrieve a cartridge from Cartridge box.

Pour powder into the barrel

Insert the bullet into the bore

Draw rammer and seat the bullet

replace the rammer

draw the weapon to your waist, bore downrange

pull back the hammer

place a cap on the nipple.

Shoulder the weapon, aim , and fire

To make a musket, first weld a pipe closed on one end. Then make a small hole in the pipe above the welded side. Third, put a cloth with cloth-lime on a stick and saw a small triangular shape on the wooden plate. Fourth, make a hole on the upper side of the wood and use a strong lime to fir the barrel into the wooden part.

pour black powder (gun powder) into muzzle push wading into muzzle then put bullet in and use ramrod to push to the back of the chamber.
