um this should be left to a pro stricklly because the plug hole will need to be re- threaded and the piston must stay free of deposits during this period but if your workin on the old mower try an extractor set a good on not no wal-mart junk go to sears or depot

Use a sparkplug socket and turn counter clockwise

Even if the sparkplug is broken, you should be able to get a socket on it and pull it loose. Once you've turned out the metal part it should be rattling around and you should be able to remove the plug. If it's hard to reach, try a magnet.

Remove the sparkplug cables, breather hose, and remove the valve cover. The gasket is a permanent type and comes as a 5 piece kit that simply pushes into groves in the valve cover. Once installed, replace the valve cover and connect the breather hoses and sparkplug cables.

You need a ratchet with an extension and a sparkplug socket to remove it.If they don't pass inspection you should replace them, but if they look okay you can clean them. You clean the sparkplug with a wire brush and a solvent like brake parts cleaner.

Check that you have fire at the sparkplug...can do this by holding sparkplug wire with screwdrive placed into holder and held close to motor block or remove plug and lay on block with good ground. No amount of gas or starter fluid will ignite if you don't have spark...............

I do not understand why you want to remove the porcelain if it is broken off. Just remove & replace the spark plug which is no longer any good if the porcelain is broken.

If You want too find the Number one position then you have to do the following. Remove the #1 Sparkplug wire Remove the #1 Sparkplug Stick your finger in the whole (Sounds wierd I know but it works) Have somebody bump the starter (make sure they dont hold it, only bump it) When the compression pushes your finger out then take the top of the distributor off, the metal side will be pointing to where the #1 position is. Be careful too do it only when it pushes your finger out!!! When it is on six it will push a little but you can keep your finger in.

This operation is easy: If your car is a four cyl then they may be in front or along the top of engine, if it is a V6 celebrity then you have 3 in front and 3 in back. when taking the plug wire off do them one at a time. Example: remove one sparkplug wire and remove that sparkplug for that wire. So that you will not mix up fire order. Or get a Haynes repair manual for that said car.

you have to remove the door panel to access the inner door and remove the entire door handle assembly ( from the inside). Once you've got the handle out, remove the lock cylinder, to access the broken key.

Well i was told by a mechanic to use an "easy out", but it depends where the spark plug is broken at. If its the front it should be realitively easy....realitively. The back will be harder becasue the lack of room and space. So you might have to breakdown the head to get more room, it was even suggested to use a torch around the threads of the spark plugs to help make the metal expand and then use the easy out to help twist the rest of the sparkplug out.

Remove the broken bolt and replace it with a new one. There are several ways to remove that broken bolt. You can remove the valve cover and weld a nut to what is left of the bolt, wait for it to cool off then unthread the broken bolt. You can also drill out the center of the broken bolt and use an easy-out. You can also drill into the broken bolt with a left handed drill bit, sometimes the drill bit will catch and spin out the broken piece. I would go with the first suggestion.

Flush the lock with a lubricant. Use the handle of the broken key as a guide. Find a thin wire and stiff it along the sides of the broken key part. Hold the wire in place and remove the part.
