Should be same as 2001 setup where you have to remove interior door skin to acess speakers, and the 2001 had 4"x6" ovals in doors.

You do not need to remove the door panel to change your speakers. Remove the speaker cover, by prying outward on the speaker cover retaining clips. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speaker.

Remove the door speaker cover. The cover is held in place with two retaining screws. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speaker. Reverse the process to install the new speaker.

Remove the screws that fasten the console to the floor, there are 2 in the rear cupholder, 1 in the front cup holder, and 2 near the shifter (where the console seperates). When all the screws are removed you can lift out the console (be careful to unplug speaker wires), turn over, and remove the speaker.
