The junction box in a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee is on the passenger side. It is located on the front side kick panel.

You have to remove door panel
The fuse panel is on the passenger side of the dash on the side. When you open the door you will see a cover plate, it is under that.
Under the dash, passenger side, just above the fuse box. You have to remove 2 screws and a star washer to get the panel off.

You have to unscrew the Phillips screws,then use a putty knife and pry the door panel off of the truck. Then remove the door handle arms from the back of the door.
