The 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe has hook-end wiper arms. Press a little tab where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook. Then pull the wiper blade out of the hook. Be sure to purchase the correct replacements first by looking up your vehicle in the wiper blade books at the store or lookup wiper blade size online. You don't have to remove wiper arm. The wiper blade will slide out, It has a clicker in the center of the blade that you have to slide it out. Look at it very carefully
To replace the rear wiper blade on a Chrysler Pacifica, you must first remove the old blade. You can remove it by pushing the small blade that holds the wiper in place up, and push the blade back. Once the blade is free from the hook remove it. Put the new blade in position so the hook is in position to go over the wiper attachment. Clip it into position and you are done.

are you serious... life blade off windshield, unclip plastic fastener off the center of the wiper arm, remove wiper, replace in reverse order.
The Toyota Highlander rear wiper blade is held in place by two retaining clips. Remove the retaining clips and the wiper blade will slide out.
