a screw driver and hammer-be careful not to scratch the tile or a chisel or putty knife and a hammer- test it out and see what works best for you- you can also just remove half of it and re caulk to make it look clean

You can use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the caulk by piercing the caulk and digging it out. There are also special made tools for removing caulk that can be bought in hardware stores. For smaller bits of caulk, you can buy a solvent that will loosen it up, allowing the caulk to be easily removed with a paper towel

Cut around the toilet with a razor blade knife. There isn't any under the toilet, you should be able to remove what is left on the floor after you take the toilet up.

I always make a hardwood 'chisel' for this and scrape it off with the sharp edge. Finish off with "Goo Gone' or something similar.
