Agreed. I am not saying that answer is wrong. But when the materials are loaded at the "batch plant" in to the truck, the drum spins to mix the cement and aggregate(s) and water. When the truck arrives at the point of delivery, to unload, the driver will reverse the hydraulics and the drum will spin in the opposite direction, and the auger~like "fins", inside the drum, the same ones used to thoroughly mix the materials will pump the mixed wet concrete out by pushing it up and out instead of a continuous loop of mixing.
