If I remember correctly, you really can't, it's part of the console so the whole console has to be changed.
Remove (or have a professional remove) the center console. The cup holder may or may not be repairable.
The previous answer was a bit of a dick answer. There are three screws. You have to pull out the front cup holder and remove that screw (might take some work as mine had some glue on the end of it). Then remove the rubber bottom of the back cup holder and remove those two screws (torx screws, so you have to have the right tool). After that, you can pull the console out.
In the center console forward of the shifter and dual cup holder.
It is very simple. In the center of the holder when is pulled out as far as it will go, use a srewdriver blade to push down the tab. The cup holder will now pull out.

Open the cup holder and remove the two screws on the outside.
Remove the screws that fasten the console to the floor, there are 2 in the rear cupholder, 1 in the front cup holder, and 2 near the shifter (where the console seperates). When all the screws are removed you can lift out the console (be careful to unplug speaker wires), turn over, and remove the speaker.
Remove original ashtray, remove 4 screws that hold ashtray mounting bracket. This will give access to the 2 screws that hold inner end of cup holder. The cup holder must be pulled all the way out to get to screws. Remove screws, remove 2 screws in front face, cup holder will come right out. Installed updated cup holder in 20 minutes, start to finish!

Pull the cup holder out. Reach back, and at the top rear, center-left, is a tab. Press the tab down and pull out on the cup holder to remove it.
