Pull out cup holder below counsel and remove the screw cover that is right above cup holder. There are 2 Philips screw under this cover, once removed you can pull off the center cover for the radio.
Go to the dodge place and ask THEM to remove it

If there is, I would assume the password to be 1234 or 0000. Check your car manual The factory radios have never used codes.
Unhook the battery.
If the radio in a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan quits working, it is likely a blown fuse. It could also be faulty wiring or a defective radio.
OK First carfully takr off the clip aorund the radio.. this clip covers the radio,vents,and also runs down to the ash tray. remove the 2 to 4 bolts holding in the factory radio. be sure to securley attach the ground to the new radio if not you can blow the radio or run down the battery.. I ran into that problem with my 92 caravan the wire was frayed and blew out my rca out connectors. then just press your clip back on and your done!!! I hope that this helps you.
