The headlight assembly on a 95 Olds Cutlass Ciera is removed by disconnecting the wiring harness and removing the bulb. The assembly can then be unbolted and removed from the vehicle.
No it will not the 98 has a different contour than the 95
To change the headlight bulb you do not need to remove the headlamp assembly. Pop the hood and behind the assembly is access to the light bulb, just unclip it and carefully pull it out from the hole. Then you can remove the old bulb and put the new one in. Don't touch the light bulb! It won't work if you do.
If it's like my '95 (which it should be), the entire headlight assembly just pops out. There are three connectors: two in the bottom corners and one in the top outside corners. They may be difficult to pull out, but just keep pulling. They'll come out.
I don't know about 95, but on the 94, you have to take out the whole light assembly from the front. Take off the cover inside the hood from the top, expose the headlight bolts, remove the headlight. Good lucK!
the headlight relay is above the glove compartment. remove the glove compartment , look to the upper right
turn headlight knob to the right, or remove the fuse
95&97 s-10 blazers and s-10 pickups.
Remove the valve cover. The rocker arm assembly can be removed by loosening the rocker arm screws. Each rocker arm will have a screw.
on my 95 i took the driver side tire and brake assembly off to get to it on my 95 i took the driver side tire and brake assembly off to get to it
You have to remove the headlight which has 3 bolts(10mm socket&wrench) on top of it.
I have found that by removing the headlight assembly in the front, you can change the bulbs on the front. If you open the trunk, and remove the gray insulated cover, that covers the tail lights, you can change each bulb individualy.
