First you need to remove the bumper. For that you need to remove bumper cover moldings. Once you remove those you will see two bolts (12mm) that you will need to remove. After you remove them, you need to remove two (T25) screws that are located under cover fender one on each side towards the end of bumpers. To do that you need to unscrew each of them about 1/2" each and then push back in. After that, you need to remove 6 plastic clips that are located on top of the bumper. They are removed by pressing the button that is in the center of each clip. Now to remove the bumper just pull it towards yourself. Once you will do that you will figure out what to do next in order to take off the headlamps.

∙ 14y agoWhen facing the front of your van - look down at the headlight you are looking to replace/remove you should see 3 thumb screws/bolts - 1 pointed towards the outside of the van this one connects head ass. to corner lens ass. - the other 2 thumbscrews are actually thumb nuts located on the top part of you rad support. Remove all 3 thumbscrews. then you need to remove the corner lens ass. first by pulling straight out of the fender be-careful with the attached wires. Put the ass. safely to one side, then lift your headlight ass. straight up, again be-careful of the attached wires. To reassemble reverse above directions with one minor change - when reinstalling the ass. back in the body locations ensure that the locating pins are lined up with the locating hole on the body - with the corner lens they are located in back part of the cavity and the headlight ass. they are located on the bottom of the cavity. My source - I am owner of a 1999 Silhouette and a 2000 Silhouette.
