The blower motor is the same for heating and cooling. The fan motor is located on the passenger side underneath the glove compartment. The blower assembly is round and has three sheet metal screws that holds it in place. Make sure you disconnect the negative black cable from the battery before you start working on anyting electrical on the vehicle. Second, remove the electrical plug that powers the blower motor. Remove the three screws and the motor should drown down right into your hand, you may have to pull slightly on it to break it loose. Replace if need in the same manor you removed it, it will only go in one way.
