I have been able to remove permnanent ink from many surfaces by using hair spray (any brand will do). Spray generously on the area, use a dry cloth to blot away the disolved ink, repeat as often as needed. Rinse area thoroughly after. Be sure to do a small test spot first to insure that the hair spray will not damage the surface. Pick an inconspicuous area for the test site.
I used nail polish remover with acetone in it and it removed the lighter sharpie marker colors. It also removes the permanent marker because it has old toenails in its mixture.
They won't replace the house but they may replace the siding.
Firstly you'll need to decide what color and thickness vinyl siding you want. Vinyl siding come in a variety of thicknesses from .044 - .055 inches thick, the thicker the siding you choose the more it will cost. Thicker vinyl siding is generally more durable. Now you'll need to prepare your home for the siding. If you home already has siding on it you'll need to remove it first. Vinyl siding needs to be nailed into solid wood, so while your siding is off make sure that the underlying wood is still feasible enough for the new siding to be nailed onto it. Lay out your siding making sure all the panels line up then measure each piece you'll need and cut it according to your measurement. Make sure that when you decide to hang your vinyl siding that all panels match on all sides of your house. Now that all panels are cut you can start nailing them to your home, start from the bottom and work up ensuring that the rows of vinyl siding overlap each other. Do not secure the siding too tightly as warm and cold temperatures can cause vinyl siding to expand and contract. Use 1 1/4 inch galvanized nails and nail them through the slots in the siding. The siding needs to be able to move back and forth, if siding is attached too firmly it can cause damage to your siding panels in adverse weather conditions. The new receptacle has to be a GFCI receptacle. Try and locate the inside junction box on the outside of the house. The back of the old receptacle should have a 1/2 inch knockout in it. Remove it. Drill through the KO hole right through the siding to the outside. This will be the center of the new outside GFCI receptacle's junction box. Cut a new EZ box into the outside siding. Feed new wire 2C-#14 from the old box to the new box. Terminate both ends and replace covers. The new outside receptacle will need a weatherproof receptacle cover plate.
Generally not, unless the house is very poorly built. Typical F1 damage to a house includes holes torn in the roof or loss of the roof surface, peeled siding, broken windows, and possibly the collapse of a garage door. You do not remove the electric meter from a house. Ever. You could be electrocuted or have an explosion in front of your face, putting molten metal through you. You must call the power company and they will send a properly trained and properly safety-equipped technician to remove the meter from the house. Even the fire department is no longer authorized to "pull a meter". They would rather have your house burn down than risk the life of a firefighter making an attempt to pull the meter, even with firefighting protective equipment. Do not attempt to remove an electric meter from a house.
It depends on how porous the siding material is. If it is fairly new, rubbing alcohol may remove it. If it is older paint that has weathered, it may be pretty hard to remove and you may have to paint over it.

The first thing to do when replacing clapboard siding is to remove the old siding and weatherproof the walls. Next, you should begin installation of the 1st clapboard on the bottom. A person can then nail each subsequent clapboard over the previous until the entire house is covered.
-- If you use the house to store a truckload of siding inside, then it's volume. -- If you cover the outside of the house with siding, then it's surface area. -- If you lay pieces of siding on the ground all around the foundation, then it's perimeter.
Unfortunately there is no magic formula as you need to consider thickness of siding, location (close to ground, several stories up, etc.), access routes, local landfill costs, etc. You should contact an asbestos removal contractor is your area for a proposal.
Shake siding is easy. Just remove the old siding pieces and slip the new ones up into there position. Using long nails, fasten the new ones into place. If stained or painted, match it to the rest of your house.
