On my 1996 Escort the front of the rear seat cushion is held in place by one clip on each side below the front of the seat. The front of the clip is actually a button that releases the seat when it is pressed. Press the button and while pressing lift the seat out of the clip, one side at a time. escort@rslate.com

To remove the rear seat from a 1989 Ford Laser 4 door car, first remove the bolts anchoring the rear seat to the floor of the vehicle. Then, lift the bottom portion of the seat from the car. Then, remove the internal bolts from the hatchback or trunk of the car to remove the seat back.

Remove the bottom half of the rear seat and there will be a locking ring on the top of the gas tank. Turn the locking ring until it releases then you can lift the fuel pump out of the tank.
you need to take the rear pannel off along with seat belt anchor bolts. you will find varius screws to undo then the whole pannel with the speaker in will come loose.

The rear seat is not designed to be removed. You can remove the center seat and slide the rear seat forward.
under back seat just pop it off remove a few screws

The rear seat isn't designed to be removed. If you have a center bench seat you can remove that by unclipping it, then slide the rear seat forward.
