- Do not panic. Panicking will just make the situation worse. Open the Google and/or read this answer, it may help. Stay calm at all times.
- End unfamiliar processes. Right-click the taskbar then click "Start Task Manager". Click the processes tab. Now end unfamiliar process such as "conhost.exe", and other non-windows applications.
- Run msconfig. If it's a recycler, then it will run upon boot-up. Press and hold windows button + R. It will open Run. Then type, msconfig. Click the start up tab. And uncheck all unnecessary start up programs.
- Download and install Antivirus program. Antivirus program is a really great and essential tool for all computers. After installation, run a full scan. This will permanently delete viruses on your computer.
Recommendation: It is best to download and install antivirus first.
