I normally use nail polish remover to get off crazy glue because I always end up with some after putting on fake nails. just a little on the q tip normally loosens and softens it enough to rub right off with out pain

Unless you are using it for a cut, I would just scratch it off with your fingernails. If its for a cut, leave it.
