First you remove the lower back seat, and the bolts that secure the upper will be exposed. Remove them and lift out upper back seat.
I have a 1991 Cutlass Supreme and I had to use a flex ratchet to replace the back 3 plugs. Other than that I was told by a mechanic friend that the motor has to come out to do this.
its in back valve cover at fire wall i removed the plenum from the intake manifold to get at it.

The heater core on a 1984 Cutlass Supreme is located under the blower motor on the passenger side of the car, under the hood. First you need to remove the blower, and the hoses connecting the heater core. Replace the core, re-attach the hoses, and put the blower motor back on.
easy, from the front push the bottom seat in or back then up to unhooked them from the floor, 2 locations (underneath from were one sits) then remove torx bolts holding seat belt buckels & back seat, finally lift up back seat and pull out..
No water in the radiator

They certainly should do. If not, the vehicle should not be driven until they function correctly.
Back seat has to come out and the rear package tray too and then you can get to the bolts that hold the speakers in.

You need to do a lot if it is like my 1995. You need to remove the back seat remove the back of the back seat remove the screws holding the rear deck.. where the speakers are. then remove the screwss... what a pain.

Remove the negative (black) cable from the battery. dissconnect any power wires running to the starter. remove two bolts located on the starter. Have someone help so they can hold the starter while you loosen bolts. When putting starter back in reverse procedure.
Lift the car on a jack, remove the wheel, the brake shoe and disk. Next put on the new brake disc, put the brake shoe where it belongs, put the wheel back on and lower the car to the ground.
It is under the car near the frame almost directly under the back seat on the drivers side. Very easy to replace.
