Remove two screws on either side of the bumper in the front fender wells. These hold the bumper to the fenders. Then go underneith the car and remove all of the 10mm bolts holding the bumper on. Next, remove the side marker lights (one Phillips screw) on both sides of the bumper. You may find more 10mm bolts behind these. Next, open the hood and remove the screws along the top of the bumper between where the headlights are and pull off the metal bar that was screwed down. You should be able to remove the bumper now. If it doesn't come off, tug on it to see where you might have missed additional bolts or screws. It's not hard at all and once you've done it once you can easily remove it in about 5 minutes.
Be careful not the scratch the bumper once it's off the car. If you're going to sit it on the ground, sit it on a blanket or some towels with the "mouth" of the bumper facing upward.
