Simply pull up on the engine cover it is held in by four clips i believe. The cover with pop off with little strength used to pull it out of the clips . Then slide it towards the windshield to remove the air intake hoses. BK

The Turning Signal Flasher is under the hood in the drivers side fuse box. When you remove the cover from the fuse box you will see the fuses but no relays / flashers. You must then remove a second cover. The snaps are along the side of the box. This will expose the relays and flashers for the 2004 Chrysler Crossfire.
