First off open the door. Take off the window winder (small circlip holding it on, use a flat blade screw driver) Remove the screw holding on the door handle. Along the outside edge of the trim there will be either screw or "plugs", undo the screws or pop out the plugs. Lift the door trim up, slightly angled towards the door hinge. This may take a bit of trial and error but does work, can be extremelt frustrating, and getting it back on can be a pain.
