Unbolt the front of the wheel well liner inside the wheel opening.Remove the bumper cover bolt from the bracket located inside of the bumper at the end.AT the front of the car, remove the bolts holding the bumper cover on, located underneath the vehicle.You should now be able to remove the bumper cover from the front of your Dodge Intrepid.An instructional video has been included to show you the removal process.
The 1994 Ford Explorer rear bumper is held in place with eight retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the rear bumper will come off.
there are 4 bolts holding that bumper in place. 2 are accessible through the bumper itself, you may have to remove two square covers depending on the type of bumper. the other 2 are hidden behind the bumper turn signal lights, to remove the lights, you have to look under the light with a flash light and look for the screw holding that light in place.

thats a fun job. you have screws on the inside of the front fenders that attacches the bumper. Take them out. There are screws under the front of the bumper along the width of the jeep. Take them out. Take your grill off by reomving the three screws in the grill. Remove the turn signals, than take the headlight mount out with the head lights still attached. ther3e is no way around this. Take the push pins out. If you break them got to auto zone and get new ones.after ypu get it all removed, than you can slide the bumper foward. Yes the 94 and 95 seats are interchangeable.
There are a total of 6 bolts, 3 on each side. They are connected to brackets located toward the middle of the bumper. If you look under the front you will see the three bolts on each side. They are attached to the brackets in a triangle shape if that will give you an idea what to look for. They are big I believe 15mm or so

I've never seen a Jeep Cherokee with a snow plow and it's weight might go against its use. But I would think you would need to have a custom bumper or bracket/holder assembly made to hold it and it must secure it to the front frame rails.
