Unbolt the front of the wheel well liner inside the wheel opening.Remove the bumper cover bolt from the bracket located inside of the bumper at the end.AT the front of the car, remove the bolts holding the bumper cover on, located underneath the vehicle.You should now be able to remove the bumper cover from the front of your Dodge Intrepid.An instructional video has been included to show you the removal process.
The 1994 Ford Explorer rear bumper is held in place with eight retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the rear bumper will come off.

There are a total of 6 bolts, 3 on each side. They are connected to brackets located toward the middle of the bumper. If you look under the front you will see the three bolts on each side. They are attached to the brackets in a triangle shape if that will give you an idea what to look for. They are big I believe 15mm or so
