Begin by removing the inside door panel. Remove the linkage from the window winder. Remove the window winder retaining bolts. The window winder will come off.
you need strip the door from the inside, bit of a fiddly job
Hey just went through the same thing, you have to pull of a little metal clip which is located at the base of the winder, its pretty hard to get of and then back on again, but make sure you don't lose it because you cant put the winder back on without it.

above the drivers feet, you must remove the casing and the relay panel is to the left.
remove the door panel then remove the switch which is secured at one closest to the front end by a Philips screw into a gold retainer
Take the window winder. Note , there is a meta clip to release the window winder. Unscrew the Philips screw in the door holder. Unscrew the torx screx behind the dor lever. And pop the door panel out. Unscrew the speaker out. reverse to install.
