How do you remove the fuse panel board from the fire wall on 1977 corvette?

look under the hood on the back side of the fuse box where it hooks up to the engine wiring harness there is a screw in the center of this connector.

You need to take the screws out of the lower dash panel next to the drivers side door and across the top. Then find a steel button on the bottom of the switch. When you push the button pull out the knob you use to turn the lights on. The knob should come all the way out. Then turn the outer screw out that holds the switch onto the dash board. The switch should come off. Then unplug it from the wires on the back.

The Stingray name was droped for the production year 1977 and never returned. I have a 19977 Corvette born October 1976 and has Stingray on the Body Pannel's. I have tried to find out if this is correct and have been unable to.

From the factory, the fuel filter would be in the Q-jet carb. You have to disconnect the fuel line at the carb and remove that housing on the carb. Filter is inside.

Four rivets hold the regulator asm on the door panel but the switch is more than likely the problem.
