The factory spec for tires for a '93 Ford Tempo is P185/70R14.
There is 98 horsepower in a 1993 Ford tempo 2.3. I have one. Ford claims it has 96 but Dyno runs say 98.
The 1993 Ford F1 50 pickup truck heater core can be replaced by removing the water supply hoses. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to replace the new heater core.

On my wife's 1993 Ford Tempo,when you remove the transmiision pan(after draining fluid), the filter can be seen just inside. It looks like a bag and has a female end which slips over whatever the part is called that it is attached to.
Chilton's says to remove hoses from the 2 connectors inside engine compartment and remove the dash panel and lower panel. Then reach inside and pull the heater core out.

The dash must be completely removed in order to gain access to the heater box. Then the heater hoses are disconnected and the heater box is removed and opened up. That gains access to the heater core for relacement.
Only if the coolant is leaking from the heater core, but you will see this.
