REmove the steering wheel then the lock plate. Then the t/s switch. Remove the key reminder contacts and there is a screw with a different head close to the lock cyl. Remove this screw and the lock cyl will come out. You will need a puller for the steering wheel and a tool for the lock plate both rentable from the parts store.

Notice the small hole located in the face of the switch along side the key hole. Insert the ignition key and turn the key to the accessory position, using a stiff piece of wire such as a paper clip, insert the wire into the small hole and gently push the wire in as you continue to turn the key to the left beyond the accessory position. This will release the lock barrel from the switch, now pull the lock barrel out. You can now unscrew the chrome bezel that holds the switch assembly to the dash and remove the switch from behind the dash.
