first you need a steering wheel puller .remove the center cap on the steering wheel then re move the nut i think its a 3/4 in nut after that there is a ring that has to be removed you will see it around the steering shaft you will need the tool that pushes the steel plate down any good parts person will know what you need i cant think of the name of it so after you get the plate off you'll see the turn signal switch there are 3 screws that hold it in place remove them and pull the switch out you can pull kinda hard on it to get out of the way once its out you will see a set screw were the tumbler goes in pull the set screw and the tumbler will slide right then just reverse the steps and your all done hope this helps

On some, you simply use a key to remove the panel which the switch is mounted to, unplug the wires from the back of the switch, use a small pick to remove the tumbler from the housing, pop a new housing into the tumbler, and put it back in the opposite of how you took it out.
