it Just pops out. I just used a dull tipped flat head screw driver so as not to sratch it. if I remember correctly, you're going to want to start prying it out from the side closest to the hing side of the door, from there it should *pop*

There must be a left side outside mirror on all cars driven in the US. The outside right mirror is optional, but pretty much standard on most cars these days. You must also have an interior rear view mirror on passenger vehicles.

Breaking glass is not good luck- it is bad luck. If you have bad luck coming your way, breaking glass will, according to superstition, eliminate it. Breaking glass, without any (bad luck) precursor, will supposedly manifest itself in only bad luck. Speaking in more detail, according to superstition, when one has bad luck coming his or her way, breaking a mirror works as a shield to bad luck. A mirror is a reflective device. When one breaks a mirror, it will reflect the bad luck of a broken mirror. But, when already in the presence of bad luck, it reflects the bad luck in the bad-luck dimension. Bad luck in the bad luck dimension is good luck, which we all obstinately have.

I am not sure what mirror glass you are referring to but the rear view mirror is held on by a small screw that once loosened allows you to slide the mirror off.If you are refering to the side mirror they are normally changed as a complete unit. these units are spring loaded to allow for slight impact without breaking. Some times the springs holding these mirrors break and can be repaired by disassembling the unit and rebending the hook on the springs .To re-engage the springs loop a wire through the hook of the spring and the latch on the mirror and pull to engage the hook. To replace the side mirror Remove interior trim (small triangle piece above door trim} Remove foam insulation Remove three attaching nuts Remove mirror Note to replace mirror in unit as described above the mirror must be removed from the car.

-Pry off the interior black plastic piece that is covering the side-view mirror (becareful with this step, because i broke my piece when first attempting to do it). -Once you have it off, you can see four nuts, three the same size, and one bigger one. -make sure you detach the connectors for the electronic mirror control. -remove the three smaller nuts and the mirror will be free.

If you believe in luck you would think breaking a mirror is bad luck. But most people agree that breaking a mirror is not true. There are other crazy things that people say about bad luck. Like opening an umbrella in a house, putting your shoes on the table, walking past a black cat and walking under a ladder is all bad luck. These are all myths. And not many people believe in all of this. So no, it is not true that breaking a mirror is bad luck.

There is a triangular plastic plate on the inside of the car door that covers up the mounting screws for the mirror. You need to get the plate off first. I did this on my '92 passenger side and was unable to get the plate off without breaking it). Once the plate is off there are 3 screws that hold the mirror to the door. Take them out, change mirror, put them back in.

no only breaking a mirror is bad luck(7 years) you could cut your hand and get an infection as well. if you punched it with your fist or kicked the mirror with your foot.
