How do you remove the left front door panel on a 1996 four door Crown Victoria?

There should be (4) screws in the panel itself. Two towards the front top of the panel,One right above the door pocket(towards the front ) and one lower left on the bottom.Once all screws are removed ,hold panel against door and push straight up.(you may have to tap up on the bottom of the panel to get it to come loose) this should let the panel come loose from the hooks that hold it to the door itself.(do not pull straight out on it,this will break the plastic hooks that it hangs on and then your door panel will not be any good. The panel MUST come straight up and over the lock button .

remove the door and window crank handles, tehn all of the screws you can find. Then the retainers around the sides and bottom of the panel and raise up on the panel to remove it. You may need special tools to remove the handles and retainers. They can be gotten at tne parts store pretty cheaply.
