You have to remove the inside door panel. Jags are tricky and I would suggest buying a Haynes manual if you're going to try this yourself for the first time.

There are 2 screws you need to remove. 1 is in the little insert in the door and the other is behind the door handle behind a little plastic piece. Remove the sail panel held on by clips by pulling it off. Then start at the bottom of the doof and just lift and pull as it is also held on by clips.
Remove the door panels and lubricate everything that moves. Fixes 95% of them!
You will need to remove the door panels, and look up in the door at the handle you will see two nuts that hold the handle and a plastic clip on a rod, remove those and replace handle.
1. Remove the rubberized armrest cover by prying it upward. 2. Remove (by prying out) the silver U shaped trim by the interior door handle. 3. Remove (by prying out) the sunken trim piece behind the interior door handle. 4. Remove the 10mm hex screws from where the armrest cover was and behind the door handle lever. 5. Pry the sides and bottom of the door panel loose. 6. Carefully lift up and out on the door panel and disconnect the wiring harness for the power locks & windows.
You will probably have to remove the whole inside door panel in order to remove the handle. The panels are usually held in place with screws or plastic clips. A Haynes Manual might be helpful.
The upper nut for the shock is behind the quarter panels at the very rear or the vehicle. There is an online guide on how to remove the panels.

This is not a job for the faint hearted. You will need a lot of patience and dextrous fingers. Remove the interior door panels...look into the handle area and spot the 3 small nuts that hold the handles to the door skin..remove and save... locate operating rod clips, release, ease handle out from door, locate loom connectors for lock barrel heater and lock control, they are secured from being trapped by the window in a small clip...... disconnect and remove handle. Reassembly is reverse of removal plus a little more fiddling about !.
are they wind up windows or power windows? for power windows remove the door panel screws and pull. for wind up windows remove small metal snap rings behind the window handle. remove them and then remove all door panel screws and pull door panel off.
They are located below the armrests in the quarter trim panels behind the carpet. A really lousy place for sound quality really. To remove them you will have to take out the back seat and remove the panels that the armrests are attached to.
