Once you remove the wheel, take off the pads and caliper such that they are not in the way along with the emergency brake pressure released, there shouldn't be any attachment. On many trucks though, rust may have set in between the rotor and the hub and as a result you are facing a bit of an issue. Depending on how bad you need to be careful to not bend or break anything. A few "slight" taps to edge (not surface) from different sides can sometimes release and it should just about fall off. If you hit it too hard it will warp or bend beyond resurfacing but if you look at a new rotor, there are no other bolts beyond the wheel holding it.
