It's most likely programmed within one of the vehicles computers and not something physical that can be removed. Re-programming the computer may be the only method of defeating this safety device.

∙ 13y agoif it is governed you would need an aftermarket computer chip or need to have the ecm reflashed, it will cut off fuel pump power to limit high speed
