there is a ignition fuse under the hood, no starter fuse
Disconnect the - battery cable Raise and support the vehicle Disconnect the wiring at the top of starter Remove starter mounting bolts Remove starter

first disconnect the battery then remove the front gard that is pver thestater and then remove the two bolts that hold the starter on then you remove the wires that are conected to the starter and put the new one in
Disconnect the battery. Find the starter, and disconnect the wiring. There will be either two or three bolts holding the starter in. Remove those, and take out the starter. Reverse the steps to install the new starter.
Disconnect battery, remove electric wires from starter, remove mounting bolts, install new part in reverse sequence.

Disconnect your battery, then remove the two nuts from the starter wire harness. Pull the wire and cable of the studs. Remove starter bolts and slide starter out of bellhosing.
Is this the airplane? Remove one battery post connector. Remove wire connections from starter. Remove mounting bolts. Remove starter. Clean the bolts and starter hole of any dirt or grease. Install new starter with cleaned bolts and reinstall wires and battery connection.

If its the same as my 95 eldorado (4.6 northstar) you need to remove the intake manifold , the starter is in the valley pan.
