Here you go, I just did this yesterday. Make sure you have your radio code before you remove power. I didn't realize that a code was needed to access the radio after it loses power. If you happen to have the code, I could really use that info. http://documents.victorytechnologies.com/documents/product/99-7871.pdf

the trim panel that surrounds the radio comes out. Be carefully pulling the panel. Step 1: put the transmission selector into low gear. Step 2: get your fingers in behind that trim panel down at the bottom by the gear selector, and pull it, it'll probably be tight--but it pops out. After that you can see the screws the hold the radio!

first turn you ignition to the ACC position then move the gear selector lever to a lower gear then, gently pry the black panel which surronds your stereo form the bottom and it simply pops out, NO screws. Then gently unplug all the connectors on theback of this panel and remove panel. then you will see four screws(2 on each side) that hold the radio in place remove them and your done. Disclaimer: do at your own risk.

Start by prying the plastic around the radio and A/C controls off, I found it was easiest to do this by starting at the bottom of the plastic and working my way up with a flat head screw driver... be very careful not to break any of the clips. After that just remove the four screw you can now see holding the radio and compartment under it and unsnap the harness from the back and remove antenna.

A 1995 Honda Odyssey factory radio stays in place with several mounting screws which are located underneath many panels which need to be removed. When the mounting screws taken off remove the head units mounting bolts which now will be visible. Slide the radio out and remove the stock wire harness.
