1. The fuel level sensor in the gas tank is faulty. The sensor corrodes and gives irractic readings. 2. A connector under the van, just behind the dr. seat area gets moisture in it and causes the wire terminals to turn green and give problems. This can also cause the ABS light to come on and give fault codes for the rear ABS speed sensor because the Rear speed sensors are in the same underbody connector. - TechJK ------------------------------------------- We had a similar problem on our van. We ran with the gauge doing what it wanted for a while, just kept the tank full. Finally one day my wife drove to work fine and then when getting out of work, the van wouldn't start.
