How do you repair a heater blower not working on 2000 Mercury Mystique?

Did you already replace the heater blower resistor? I only paid 30 bucks for a replacement at Cut Rate Auto Parts. Mine was rusted and broken.

The blower may simply have burned out. If the blower is out then the heater probably still works.

autozone has pictures and directions on how to do this online remove panel under/behind glove box pull down on plastic tab while twisting counterclockwise then unhook electrical

The most likely problem with the heater blower on your 2003 Sable is the blower resister. The resister can go bad and cause you to only have one speed.
