Option One:
- Get some plain toothpaste. Not toothpaste that has crystals or whitening chemicals or anything else in it.
- Grab a soft cloth such as chamois or a soft paper towel.
- Squeeze some toothpaste onto the surface of the cloth.
- Use the cloth to spread the toothpaste onto the disc in an even layer. Work left to right rather than using circular motions.
- Leave it for 10 minutes.
- Run the disc under water to wash off the toothpaste.
- Dry and buff with a clean cloth.
Option Two
- Rinse the surface of the disc with water. Then dry with a soft cloth.
- Apply wax-based chapstick evenly to the disc in left to right motions. Make sure the chapstick does not have glitter or colouring in it.
- Now use a clean cloth to buffer the disc in straight lines, do not use circular motions.
- Buff it again with a clean side of the cloth in the same manner as step 3.
Option Three
- Apply both toothpaste and chapstick. Left-to-right, not circular motions.
- Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Rinse with water then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- Buff the disc with a dry cloth.
If none of these work, then you may have to purchase a new disc.
