I have a 97 Honda accord that the wipers don't work, they only work when you hold down the mist conroller arm. It has the intermittent controls on the wipers also.
More information please. Which part of the system. The wipers? The wiper arms? The linkage conecting the wiper arms to the motor? The motor? The windshield washers? Windshield washer pump? Etc? Please be more specific.
It is expensive to repair body damage on any vehicle not just the Honda Accord. Reason being is that the parts & paint are expensive and it is a very labor-intensive procedure. The Honda Accord is no more expensive to repair than any other modern vehicle.
