If you can not remove fasteners on outside, you may need to cut a section out of the inside of trunk to get your hand by the bulbs.
Remove the entire headlight assembly to gain access to the bulbs.
The side marker bulbs on a 2002 Buick LeSabre are replaced by removing the retaining screws and disconnecting the wiring harness. The old bulb can then be removed and a new bulb put in its place.
Bulbs cannot be replaced. Entire control module must be replaced.
Blown fuse/? blown bulbs /?bad flasher.
The socket size for the trunk tail light on a 2001 Buick LeSabre is 7mm. Bulbs can be purchased at most local automotive repair stores.
Tail lights (and plate lights) are mounted inside the long modular tail light housing. Need to remove nuts in trunk lid to drop lense housing and access the bulbs. This is a real pain to go through so suggest replacing all the bulbs so you won't have to do it again for a long time.
Check for burnt out bulbs and could be a bad flasher as well.
Turn signal flasher may be defective
OPEN THE TRUNK LID. JUST INSIDE THE LID BEHIND THE LICENSE BULB CASE ARE 2 PHILIP HEAD SCREWS THAT REMOVE THE BACKING PLATE. ONCE YOU REMOVE IT YOU CAN REPLACE BOTH LITTLE BULBS. THEN PUT THE PLATE AND SCREWS BACK IN YOUR READY TO GO.....
Bulbs or turn signal flasher, maybe even the switch.
There are no bulbs, it is a panel of mini-lights. You access this from the trunk area.
The bulbs come out of the rear. If you can't get to the back of the lights ytou have to remove them. there are about 8 plastic wing nuts on each side behind the trunk carpet remove them and the whole assy will come out the rear
